Because local engineers all going for banking and finance or other comfy office job.

How to handle her? Utterly annoying, doesnt work or contribute to any project but when it is a big project she will suddenly wake up and work so that her names shines. She is annoying because most of the time she gets away by sweet talking with all the bosses.
