just out of curiosity since i only graduated in 2019 dec and worked in a local agency before this... 18 is considered normal? my previous employment gave 14 and i was told that was normal. frig

14 is normal for most MNCs. Financial companies and banks usually 20+ AL.
SMEs usually 12 and below.
