I'm pretty sure she's not part of GTP, UBS GTP analysts wouldn't be stuck in the same rank for over 3.5 years now.

Your interpretation would be correct if you said GTP Trainee rather than just GTP itself.

Anyway, back to the main question. How is the experience in SUPER program?

It totally depends on the division/team you are in. Some are stuck with admin tasks while others are exposed to valuable front office experiences

was part of this program. 99% of us are doing administrative duties without the opportunity for conversion.
