Anyone heard back yet and joining the 2021 batch?

i just got back from them and mentioned that I will be going through to the next stage (interview with HR) next week. but after this thread, I am not sure if I should still pursue this... any other thoughts of people who have been through 2020/ might be going for the batch in 2021?

Does anyone know what the whole selection process is?

mkt power low= enter while looking for exit opps.

Is this your first round of interview or second round? Did not realise there is a hr round too

1. Online application - just need to submit in your information and experience etc and your divisions/team preference
2. Online interview - quite quick like 3 questions
3. Online test - need to do like 4-5 diff test
4. Department interviews - the departments and teams that want you will interview you, so can be 3-5 teams which may want you and can last around 30mins to 1hr for each team
5. HR interview - just a formality thing

Which team shortlists you for interview really depends on your experience, your preference you selected and how well you do on your tests. Unfortunately after you get interviewed by each team, you can’t choose which one you want to go with, they will choose you.
