How come there's no one with experience at NHG?

I am curious how much their management associates are paid, and what they do during the job rotation period.

At the end of the management associate period, what is their title? Executive? Or something else?

A friend of mine got a job offer in Singhealth for 2.8K with 2nd upper honors. Is it normal with the starting pay being offered? Thank you for sharing

Likewise, I was recently offered a job in Singhealth as an exec for 2.7k w 2nd lower hons. Pay increment subjected to work perf aft probation period. I stated my expected pay as 2.8k (nego) so I would say 2.7k wasn't a bad offer.

2.8k for 2nd upper ? I would consider it below market rate. What position did your friend apply?

my friend's starting pay at nuhs was 2.7k with pass degree in local uni

Local uni or private?

What would determine the salary scale anyway? I was asked what would be the lowest I can go (wrote 2.7k on the application form) and I said 2.5k. But I am really hoping they wouldn't offer the minimum, or would they?

Graduated from NTU with a 2nd class upper.

I'm a 2nd lower from NTU too and I'm paid 2.7k. (2.8k on app form stating nego). you can try nego with them if they offer you below 2.7k. what position are you applying for?

Research Officer.

I'm wondering why the HR would bother asking what would be the lowest I would go. Most of my friends working as Medical Technologists at SGH etc. are paid $2.7k at the get-go. No negotiations whatsoever.

I'm just really hoping they wouldn't offer anything lesser than what I wrote on the application form, $2.7k is already very low.
