Cos one of the replies stated that culture is like the civil sector.

Thanks for answering!

SH & NHG are GLCs, not civil service.

No extra pay for NS or FC honors.

GLC like SIA, STengineering, keppel....do have addition of about 200 if your serve NS!!!

also, pass>>merit>>3rd class>>2nd lower>>upper>>1st, for each class jump will be addition 100 more...

They do hire people from pvt U. There is no additional edge for people from local uni. The hard part will be the interview. If you manage to get the interview, the chances increases exponentially.

Definitely a stable industry with new hospitals coming up and even better if you're a clinician or nurse. Nevertheless, administrative and ancillary staff are sought after as well due to the expansion in Healthcare sector. So far for the past few years: AWS + Bonus = 3.5 - 4.5 months depending on hospital and individual's performance.

anyone applied or working as 'ops exec' in any of the hospital? Just wondering how long is the application process (how many rounds of interview) and the job scope?

thanks!
