As someone who was from quann during the e-cop days, most of the heavy workload and OT is kinda wayang. Esp those ppl doing shift work in the SOC, they profess to be hardworking but I always see them playing handphone and watching videos in the SOC.

Ensign is full of ex-SAF regulars. Why would anyone wanna go there lmao

SOC environment is like that one, only if customer call or SIEM flags an alert then got work to do. Otherwise, it's just waiting for SIEM alerts.
