It's crazy to think that someone can get through ONCE 3 in just 8 months but still miss the basics! I totally agree with you; having a cert doesn’t always mean someone has the hands-on skills to back it up. One thing that always surprises me is how often people overlook the basics, like using strong passwords.

During covid, I notice GT everyone from new joiner, intern to senior, all got OSWE in a flash. Some don't even have OSCP then directly OSWE. Blind also know what happened

I've been diving into that a lot lately, and I found this cool tool that checks password strength. You guys should check it out: https://www.strongpasswordgenerator....ength-checker/. It’s a simple step but makes a big difference in security.

Lol, all these people on this forum talk as though they have been through osce3 and that it is easy to cheat in the exam. I am someone with these three big certs and sure enough, i would love to know how you can cheat in the exploit development exam . Also, you dont even know how outdated the the course material are that they are cheaper and better alternative to this such as HTB Academy. Lol. Imho, it is better to look at actual acheivement like CVEs and bounty hunting.

On the other hand, offsec has really open a flood gate by offering the unlimited options. You have literally 1 year to try unlimited time to get any certs lol. Any company can really flood themselves with these 3 certs given if they are willing to invest the financial resources lol.
