Doesn't matter, I personally know OSCE3 holders that has achieved OSCE3 in 8 mths, but some of these holders from the same company cannot answer fundamental pen test questions. It's pretty easy to cheat if any organisation/company puts their mind into it.

I'm not going to name any company, but I can only say this is not the only company with cheating incident, many times it is swept under carpet, CREST also had it's own **** show of cheating incident in sg, if you know, you know. That's why regardless of certs, you need to test the applicant. OSCE3 doesn't means much if the person cheated.
