It's 60 / 40, 60 from office, 40 from home.

So Mon Tues could be WFH, then Wed Thurs Fri from office. In that case, you have to wear smart casual for Wed Thurs and Dress-down for Friday right? next week it could be Mon, Tues Wed Office, Thurs, Friday from home, etc.
wfh days dependent on project team. this does not apply for training period.

not OP but smart casual includes

- jeans
- polo tees
- collared shirts
- button-downs

office wear includes

- formal long sleeve collar shirts
- dress pants
- dress shoes
- belt

from ur description it sounds like whoever this "she" is, is referring to smart FORMAL and NOT smart CASUAL.

companies cant just make up their own dress-code with the same term LOL

No idea what are you guys talking about. Like I said it's smart casual for Monday to Thursday, Friday is dress down... Onboarding documents clearly state this along with illustrations on WHAT you can wear and cannot wear for both male / female...

Anyway, see you all on 4th July and August for those joining later!
