From NUS computer science. That's weird, almost all that I know received a salary of 3.8k.

Nope. But DBS has provided an explanation for the reduction in salary and this will be compensated in the form of an accelerated career pathway

Seeder are automatically placed in this "accelerated career pathway" where they become associates after the completion of the 2 year program. It's not anything new.
