Wow, no surprise tbh DBS profits are up over 30% the past few quarters. Even the CEO got a massive pay bump to 15m despite their app always going down lol
No idea how do they make money tbh, swapped to OCBC long time ago

Lmao fake news, my 2023 Jan DBS Seed offer is 5.5k. I don't expect an increment seeing as there are tech layoffs across the finance and tech industry.
At most, your 7k comes after the 2 year SEED program, when they convert you over to associate.
Don't feed this troll.

SEED has always given out increments, their salary does not come from the dept but from the SEED org itself.
I don't know about the 7k, but your "I don't expect an increment seeing as there are tech layoffs across the finance and tech industry." is a ******** statement based off nothing.
Please refrain from spreading or speculating false details, thanks.

Sorry, I used the word increment vaguely. I meant to say increase in base salary. I do believe they will have performance bonus and respective yearly increments.
With regards to base salary, what I do not believe is that they would have it jump from 5.5k on Jan 2023 to 7k as of current, that's if the previous posters are claiming 7k for base salary for SEED.
