Tech seed is a graduate programme. The salary is fixed and you won't be able to negotiate the offers, if not other's will bug the HR for higher salaries as well.

not OP but yea its quite common for people to go for many interviews, get a few offers and then reneg for the one offer that they really really want and ask HR to match.
my first tech job i didnt negotiate at all, end up i was getting lowballed af lol regretted it, end up quitting 2 years later to join a different company. waste of 2 years.

think don't have to take what OP said to heart, SEED is non negotiable bcos its a program where everyone is offered the same starting salary

The employment laws in SG protect the employer more. No matter what dept OT is not surprising if during peak period a lot of things to process.
