Obviously? Did you not see the news? 5.5k is so underpaid, time to go give a salary raise soon, or they can expect many software engineers to resign

I mean they only survey a percentage of candidates. Let's say I'm a swe earning 4k, I obviously don't want to participate in the graduate salary survey. All these surveys give inflated results. Currently only tech companies and MNC banks are able to pay at least 5k to 7k. But we forgot to include the graduates who work in SMEs.

If you are that capable, you won't even consider SEED in the first place. Any tom and harry can get into SEED

15,984 fresh and 1,138 follow-up graduatesfrom NUS, NTU, SMU and SUSS were surveyed in November
2022 and the overall response rates obtained were 75.8% and 69.2% respectively.
Ya they "only survey a percentage" like in excess of 75%, id say the sample population is quite representative lmao

Mr "id say the sample population is quite representative lmao" , I guess you're not part of the surveyed population.

What news are you even talking about? Lots of tech companies laid so many people off, FAANG had like 10-30k layoffs, etc because they were overpaying people lol.
Also SEED is a program not a direct-hire role. you're crazy if you think they will give 6-7k which is basically direct-hire associate pay to a "program hire" who most of them can't even code.
