UOB, their graduate program pay is much higher starting from 5.5k+ with 20k sgd bonus after completion of programme and conversion to fulltime while seed is hardstuck 5k for 2 years with no guarantee conversion

can confirm UOB base 6k with 20k bonus at 6mth and 35k bonus at 12mth, guaranteed start at AVP position after completing.

I am the OP for that thread. TDP pays 4.5k only at the start. Definitely lower than SEED program
