DBS doesn't send out rejection emails, for this program they respond on the day or the day after the techtrek. So if yours was quite a few days back already, then just move on

How are the exit opportunities for seeders?

Anyone know if i can do data science/ analytics in the seed program? I did civil eng and self learning coding and online courses for AI.

I know 1 of my senior who went to shopee, and another went to amazon. Not aware of any one else going to otber faang firms

They haven't update it i think. My status had been changed to completed today after receiving the offer last Friday

Until you get rejected, theres always a chance. If not, there are better suited opportunities out there for you!

I dont think they send out all the offers on Friday. I have friends from previous hackathon that only receive a few days later

Most likely because there are people rejected and they are on the backup list.

But for this DBS sends out an email saying that they need time to consider... read previous posts

It's sad to know that I'm not even being considered for a backup.

That means to them, I'm same like those group members who can't even write proper codings, and those who can't even do API callings.

Sigh.

Don't worry man. DBS SEEDers don't have good progression because DBS intended to use these graduates to cover their bottom line and do the coding, instead of promoting to higher ranking roles. Their mass hiring is to account for their high turnover rates, after many grads realize this
