6k+ starting for fresh grad are few and far between. The exception rather than the norm but a significant number of them exists.
5k+ is for tech MNC roles provided that you have relevant experience. Same for entry-level buy side finance. New EPass minimum is useful in your negotiations.
4-5k is common for bank flagship programs and government roles that looks hard at your class honors. Your 40th to 80th percentile tech graduates are in this zone too.
