Learn to blend with whatever race,religion,culture,style while hold on to your own principle.

don't be most salty loser singaporean in this forum, who unable to compete with foreigner and started to blame them for their own incapability to compete and kiasu/kiasi attitude.

Although like any usual workplace **** needs to be done and someone has to do it, but some how i think he is rather effective

Bottomline every company need ppl to work hard, and some projects really take a toll but somebody has to do it.
Someone has to be a slave driver and enforce disclipine

But a open and consultative style is better
