Salary range for MX11a in Ministry
 

Hi,

Does anyone knows about the salary range for MX11a in Ministry? I have been offered a position at 11a, however, the offer was nearly 15% lesser than my current basic pay from a local SME. Perhaps, the offer was derived from my previous 5 years of relevant experiences from 2011 to 2016. Looking for stability as the market has been badly affected by current pandemic and will be facing pay cut or even possible retrenchment.

What is the salary offered?

Did you take into account 13 mth aws and performance bonus?

The almost 15% pay cut is just the basic pay. I have about 17 years of working experience, of which only about 5 years are relevant to this new position.

11A is around 6.5 ish to 8-9k if i remember correctly.

I think it's 61xx to 85xx
