2007 -> B
2008 -> A
2009 -> A
2010 -> A
2011 -> ??? getting letter soon before 31st Mar
Is the salary i'm getting now considered underpaid?
Anyone working in Poly as a TSO can share your promotion period? After how long then you get promoted?

Quite standard. Salary increment and promotion is base on your academic qualification, not your performance rating. Rating is only for bonus.

Range 4% - 10% depending on performance.

My friend recently joined a poly as TSO and her pay is $2100, grade 6. Hmm.. I think you're underpaid..

Mine is 3548 at grade 4 tso.whats tge benefit she got n is she a fresh diploma grad?

GET A DEGREE...TSO always get the **** job to offload lecturers
TSO must do invigilation duties...previously only lecturers allow to invigilate
Reason: Lecturers very busy marking paper
