13th month confirm will get because it is not under 'bonus', but under 'allowance'. There hasn't been a time when 13th month was taken away. It is also why some civil service vocations seem to draw a lower salary, because private companies already 'spread' the 13th month to 12 portions and added it into the monthly salary that's why private companies don't rly pay 13th month.
Now to look forward to the March PB hohoho. Hopefully they don't reduce the quantum too much cos I'm an A this year.

Can share, what is the criteria to get A? How come seems like my entire SB don't have any one got A on most years?

U must be new to CS. 13th bonus is known as NPAA or Non-Pensionable Annual Allowance which is a variable component. It’s in the IM... so count ourselves fortunate to get it reduced.
