The post is target more towards those whiners who kept wanting the worst for CS. Paycut this paycut that. What CS JLB. Stop complaining and being so negative. Why they want the worst for other people? You want worst for you too?

If non-CS contribute to society, CS also contribute to society too. They also pay their income tax. Please stop being so self righteous and get off your almighty horse. Please.

13th mth is not a guaranteed.

The AWS is also called the “13th month payment”. It is a single annual payment on top of an employee’s total annual wage.

AWS is not compulsory. Payment depends on what is in your employment contract or collective agreement. Employers are encouraged to give their employees AWS to reward them for contributing to the company’s performance.

Prolly, if econ is so bad, good bye to the 13th month. fingers crossed.

In my opinion, the economy is actually doing super good, with only certain sectors doing badly (e.g. KTV sector, clubbing sector, and the now recovering airline sector). It feels like certain bosses want to hyperfocus on the poorly performing sectors and completely ignore the rapidly booming rest-of-the-economy in order to justify lower/no increments and bonuses.

To be fair, increments and bonuses need to be given out generously to reflect the surging economy, otherwise inflation would far outpace wages. Saying that the economy is so bad that even the 13 mth bonus is in question sounds completely untenable. Just my sentiment.

Many of the JLB here think they are entitled to AWS regardless of economy condition. CS really is stuck in their own well for too long. Their mindset already disconnected with the real world.

The CS is part of the real world. You are the one who is disconnected from that reality. Accept it.

Jialat I hope this person not in CS. So disconnected from the ground... don't even have friends working in F&B or banks? Ask them about cash flow and bad loans

Dude why are you so insecure?

I am merely pointing out how non-CS contribute to society (not even talking about the relative scale of contribution vis-a-vis CS). Get over yourself, geez.
