I applied for SCDF DEI ytd on 20 Oct. And just received a call from SCDF scheduling me for a psychometric test tmr on 22 Oct via zoom. Then preliminary interview on 23 Oct at SCDF HQ Ubi. May I know what is the psychometric test about? And how is the preliminary interview gonna be like?

The preliminary interview includes hard hitting questions such as whether you aspire to become a paper general, whether you want to join PAP in the future, and how you rationalises the poor life choices you made to end up needing to sign on while your JC peers are already contributing positively to our economy while you leech billions off it.

hello! anyone has any updates on how long they waited for the panel interview from the prelim interview? i did mine over zoom with the hr officer last week and mention 1-2weeks i will be notified? any updates on the panel interview questions they might ask?
