I keep getting rejections from the Science Center even without any interview. The positions I've applied for are communications positions, like publication officer, communications officer, and things like that. I've placed the msc in science communication thing in my CV and also stressed that I got excellent grades for the subjects I've taken so far.

It looks like I'm really screwed for doing a grasscutting job for the last 5 years. People can only see a grasscutting administrator in me.

Sorry to hear that.... Were you one of those who took up the Life Sciences courses when they were proclaimed 'hot' and pushed by the gahmen a few years ago? I nearly went into them too, but ultimately chose another course.

Have you considered setting up a grass cutting company? Or a horticulture / landscaping contracting firm? Be your own boss. Hire the cheap foreign labour and get contracts from the government. Since you know the buy side well, you should be able to do well from sell side too.
