Head of Trading
hi guys. just checking to see if anyone has an idea on the remuneration of a head of trading position. not in a sell side bank but in a buy side like AM firm.

In an AM firm, traders are not portfolio managers. They just execute the trades/find best pricing etc.
Head of trading of a particular asset class (Equities, EM, High Yield etc) in a global AM firm would probably receive upwards of 300k-500k p.a with uncapped potential for bonuses.
