Well... but you still cannot deny mncs are above the tiers of singtel. With the anything goes background of mncs like micron, not impossible that the lowly engineer of Micron can return as a dept manager or VP leading global teams going to places like US and europe. Lol...
Sour grapes to describe you is quite legit huh?
I'm a former GLC like singtel staff who took the move to a mnc.

What's there to be sour about? Not like getting a job at Micron is as difficult as say getting into BB FO.

The engineering jobs in Micron Singapore are bound to be phased out one day, and you must be dreaming if you think they will hire the average Sinkie engineer on an expat package over their own kind. Top performer don't need to say lah, then again if so good would have left Micron already.

The singtel smps are so triggered. Cannot make it to an MNC so they keep telling themselves Singtel is better.

Phase out? Er... then join another MNC? You have so many options,
That is the beauty of an MNC employee. Global, in demand, connected to reality, objective oriented, proven competence. Your CV will always look better with employment records of MNCs. Face it, it is the fact.

You do know Micron is full of Malaysians and other SEAsian nationalities for engineering roles right? Hardly seems like a place to be. Keep consoling yourself with the MNC tag while you cry at night fool.

Your CV will look better with Singtel, even though Singtel isn't that attractive of a brand name. That is as damning an indictment of Micron as any.

What??? You cannot handle foreign competition? That is why you cannot make it in a MNC!!
As a MNC employee, I am globally mobile. You are stuck in a GLC that survives because of insularity.
Good luck, let's hope there is no Re Org like those folks in St are crying on glassdoor.
LOL!!!Dumbass.
