You don't know your own value... As if we HR going to give you a good value.

if u are offered, it should at least match or not too far from the annual package u are currently getting.

it is relative to compare against other peers with the same profile, it will be tied to your last drawn.

If you have ample experience in private sector, PS normally try their best to match to your existing pay, although most people have to take pay cut for CS role.

Employed June 2020 into stat board. Local U FCH, local PhD with 2 years post doc. 32yo NS

MX 12B, 5.5k, 27% increase from last drawn.

1) CS don't benchmark against last drawn, no short change even during covid.
2) Local U pay is NBCB. No AWS, 0.3mth bonus, 0.7% increment (even before covid).

5.5k so low. Nus comp science fresh grad already 5.6k no FCH or PhD
