Mha - spf, Project role (sgunited), non honours degree, no ns
3.6k (mx12)
Lower than my current pay cause I took a 20% pay cut. But getting into civil service is the pro.
I rather have stability. As long as u don't **** up too bad.

I got the same pay but in other SB. Is it a 2 year contract with possibility to convert to perm?

Means seem. Like the pay quite standarize for this sgunited roles?
Yup. 2 year contract.
But its not written in black and white renewable
It's more like hr saying after its over. Based on performance. They will try to retain you in other project or area needing manpower. Seems to me renewal.
My friends also say won't cancel if u are okay.
So it's stability
If its were you. Is the 20% pay cut worth?
Prospect vs pay

If the difference between the median of the uni's GES in 2019 and the offer is $400, is it considered to large a difference? The role is in a field very much related to the major (i.e. DA/DS).
