Starting Pay for CS/Ministries 2020 Covid Batch

Any insight into starting salary for Data science role in MHA/LTA with 2nd upper, NS, with 2 relevant internships?

For previous posts, 4.3k gross means annual package is simply x12 right? So when basic is around 3.5k the annual package is calculated with 3-ish bonus months?

26M from local uni with 2upp, just got an offer for 3.7k/mth with a Ministry

You mean that contract basis will be the norm

Isn't this already the norm?

They will hire you based on 1-3 years contract and mentioned on the possibility of converting to permanent. Some will get converted while some will only get renewal on their contract. It really depend on their headcount & budget.

apr PB - not affected avg performer for mx13 gets 1.5 (the higher u go the more e.g. mx11a gets 2 for avg)

on normal years avc 1 and mac 1 = 16.5 minimal
on good years avc 1.5 and mac 1 = 17 minimal

avg economic crisis comes every 10 yrs and prior to that typically have abour 2 to 3 gd years.
do your own math the avg is 16.4 for mx13..

One SB offered 3.8 while one ministry offer 4.

If you are from local U, you should be getting more.

2020 pb is from last year budget . take a look at this year pb b4 u say

agreed, PB this year likely to decrease.

by the way, i just got my MAC. although its reduce by 50%.
