Dont bother to go. sometimes no increment. And increment is around 3-5% average.

I don’t think there’s a clear rule. Sometimes titles don’t mean anything. There are Heads reporting to Heads and VPs reporting to Managers (M23).

I've been seeing peers attaining Associate Director in SCB by their 5th year.

Is this normal and what's the salary range for such rank?

scb have inflated titles. AD = associate/senior assoc at best at other banks.

Does Standard Chartered have individual contributors (IC) roles as Band 4?

Or IC roles are Band 5 or below?

Will there be any salary adjustments at scb any time soon?
