In this economic climate, guaranteed $3k/month minimum (and up to 3.7k if you max your shifts out) is something to be cherished and sought for.
Forget about white collar work in SG now for the next year or two. That job industry's screwed. With remote working will come inevitable company downsizing. Whoever is unlucky enough to remain will increasingly wear many more hats whilst still collecting the same pay. Go for blue-collar skilled jobs that you either already have the license for, or are willing to learn. Many such industries hold Singaporean applicants like gold dust now, especially when the immediate future of cheap foreign labour in SG has never looked worse. It's OUR job market now in areas like logistics, port services and shipping. Promotion chances are excellent too, again mainly because of our nationalities, though being graduates or already having the right licenses or displaying competency on the job certainly helps too.

Companies have started to slash jobs; next 2 quarters are going to be tough.
If you have received a job offer, do consider carefully whether to accept it.
If you are hired, do manage your finances wisely. You may still lose your job next year.
