Strategy & M&A

Hi all,

I have an offer for an in-house strategy and M&A role at an MNC at 5.8k with around 2.5 mth bonus.

Currently at 4.9k with ~1.5-2 months bonus. If I wait till March or so I'll probably get to 5.5k.

I've got 3+ YOE in a mid tier consulting firm.

Just wondering a few things

1) Is the offer reasonable
2) Are exit opportunities a lot harder to come by when you move in-house for such roles
3) What's the typical progression for such roles
4) Any other insights you guys might have
