The Marsh Graduate Development Program (MGDP) is a 2-year rotational program open to a select group of highly-motivated university graduates. It is designed to support, develop, and challenge you in preparation for your career progression within Marsh.
Your learning curriculum will include obtaining a professional accreditation from Singapore College of Insurance (SCI) in conjunction with Monetary Authority of Singapore ( MAS).
In addition to the job rotations allowing for opportunities to learn on the job, you will also undergo a structured learning and development curriculum, have access to senior mentorship, networking opportunities, and formal performance management.
