What jobs explicitly allow moonlighting?
 
Especially for public service jobs - is there any agency that allows me to do my side hustles while I work full time? My side hustles will involve public speaking/training/consultancy, hence looking for companies that can accept such arrangements.

Most jobs will allow as long as it doesnt affect ur main role.
They dont even need to know about it. Had a colleague selling on Qoo10 as his side hustle

As long you do and don't get caught.. don't involve affairs lol. Don't show off can already.

What if they say they are OK at first, and then later flip face say cannot? :(
