it's the normal standard for MX13 to be promoted to MX12 in a year.

and the promotion comes with a salary increment of at least $400.

do the stat boards follow the same bonus structure?
it seems my stat board uses band 1, 2, 3 instead of grade A, B, C

2014 - ASP1, C
2015 - ASP1, C+
2016 - ASP2, C

Does this look like an underperformer who should ask for another posting or just leave CS altogether?

i would say it's the norm and u are NOT underperforming...FYI C grade is the average grade most civil servants get

Are you from SPF? How come can promote so fast (ASP1 to ASP2) when you only have C+?
