Civil Service Performance Bonus

mx12. B. 2.45mths. Noticed that the rest with idenical mx and b grades are getting 2.5mths. But im getting only 2.45mth. What does this mean? Not as good as the average b officer?

MX14 here B, 1.95.. seems like they cutting 0.05 for this year.. last year my friend B get 2 months..

32 male,
5 Years 3 months in civil service (exclude NS)
Overseas Degree with honours

2011 - MX13
2012 - MX12, default C grade because confirmation
2013 - MX12, B grade
2014 - MX12, B grade
2015- MX 11, B grade
2016- MX 11, B grade
2017 - MX 11A

What do you think of the progression rate and what is the possible cep of the officer? Considered good?

Also what does PB Band 1 means? Does this affect CEP in any way?

Just join moe as mx14 in dec last year. Would like to check what was the grade given to me to the pb.. as I calculate the pb is only abt 1.1 month..is that the rate for c or d?

1.1 is likely a C-. Check the TOP of your pay slip

Hi may i ask if all ministries will get the payout on 21st or will it varies between ministries ?

Jus got promoted in grade (ASP 1 to ASP 2) last yr and this yr's pb is a C, 2.25mth. Disappointed much. Took many cases, cleared those cases faster than others but "rewarded" in such a way. Also gave talks during the whole year. Was expecting at least a C+. So... being hardworking doesn't pay off.
