Got my grade C1 ... dropped from B .... not happy with my boss for all the work done.

Can some give a guide on PB?

I worked in a ministry for less than a year. Div 1, Office work.
Never done any job appraisal yet.
I got a B. Anyone know the reason? I thought it is auto C for newcomers.

Just checking, what is the PB for B / B- / B+ for MX12?

i think u're from CC.

i got a C1, up from a C2.

C1 should be 2months, but again, I believe it depends on your ranking/grade/division, all that crap.

likewise, i'm not in the least happy as i've took on a lot more projects and am heavily involved in school events.

i wonder how are we really graded? i keep hearing the same grade will be pitted against each other but looking around, i don't see anyone else in the same grade doing as much or taking on as many projects as I do.

I am not a scholar. Just a normal local graduate.
But I managed to be selected into the Ministry's internal "Talent Development" Programme.
Strangely, the other newcomers in the same programme got C.

Could it be due to HR lapses or really earmarked for "future development"?
Anybody has similar experience?

Wah...you so elite chosen for the talent development programme. Once entered I think the journey will be a smooth sailing one...future high salary individual..
