thanks for enlightening
Depend on individual agencies, as they are packaged differently. Usually for ministries, MX C is typically 1.5 month as base.

Default Bad year for banking professionals despite record earnings

Many local banks freeze or reduce increment and bonuses despite some of them earning very strong/record revenue unscathed by the financial crisis. I had 0 increment and bonuses.

A few of my peers got retrenched in foreign banks and people in Finance and accounting and backoffice are getting paid lesser and lesser. I'm sure a lot of my peers won't mind switching to other industries.

Gotta wait for the next election year for bigger bonuses. Meanwhile, be realistic.

Same question if I want to wait for March PB, when is the earliest I can tender?

only tender after the $$$ have been deposited into your bank account!!! ie 10th of dec (pay day of civil servant), this is the safest
