Nope. I was expecting a B this year for promotion next year at least. I guess its reset now after getting this C...

I'm on no pay leave until 30 Apr and my HR vaguely said that I can keep my PB if I come back from no pay leave. Anyone knows what will happen if I tender less than a month before the end of my no pay leave? My notice period is one month.

For example, is it standard practice to come back and serve notice, or will they not bother with the notice period and claw back the PB?

It's not 2 consecutive Bs. Its 2Bs in last 3 years, with the year of being considered for promotion being a B. So basically, a B, C, B works.

Also, for MX12 and below, I understand that a C+ works as well in place of a B, except for the year of being considered for promotion. So C, C+, B works.
