Civil Service Performance Bonus

haven't even know my pb yet. statboard here. is it normal?

I just joined the service last year in June/ July & just received a pro-rated bonus. But it says that “you were not ranked for performance this year”. Would like to understand if it is because I only joined the service less than a year? Or in what situations would an officer not get ranked?

How do we know our merit/promo increment? Must wait until april pay comes out?

Anyone knows the typical increment for mx12 to mx11 with B+ grade?

MX12 C- 0.3 months also... seems like they adjusted the quantum for C- sharply downwards?

Yes we are ranked for a full calendar year of work. So staff under 1 year of service will not be evaluated and ranked, usually will receive a default C grade and pro-rated for x no of months worked in that same year.

does the year start from april for the pro-rated?

can one be emplaced with C- ?

Unlikely because it will send out the wrong signals to other staff

Ranking usually happens between Aug to Oct. so your runway is too short to be ranked
