Sounds weird.. As a norm, first year grade by default is C, and you mentioned you have joined CS few months prior to March. Do you join in 2021 or 2022 ? If you join in 2021, your PB will be prorated. If you join this year, sorry to say you are not entitled to PB payout end of this month.

Hi, if I join in 1 Apr 2021, does that means I’m automatically C and will receive a prorated PB of 75%

Whats the diff in bonus and MI for MX11, C+ and B grade.

C+ should be 2.5, so B would probably be 3

its not automatic if you have gone through the appraisal.
