I’m currently a perm and is offered an agency’s contract in another SB, to do things that I’ll be more interested in. Should I reject the offer, since PB is coming soon? Will this year’s PB be lower than the past, assuming no change in grading? Thanks!

Why do ppl dont think of these questions before they apply?

I always think...until I end up applying for nothing.

People always advise that you should anyhow apply first, think later when you have an offer. Probably what that op did.

Heard they will adjust the quantum for each grade so maybe there will be a cut in PB. Best of luck!

I am in the same situation too. Currently perm in a stat board and got offer from another stat board. If I resign and join the other stat board via movement policy, will my pb be forfeited or still be paid? Anyone kind to advise?

I am joining another stat-board via movement policy. Stat board B will claim my PB from stat-board A after PB announced and my probation with stat board B has completed.

Thanks for the clarification. How about VMI? I supposed it will be forfeited.
