Seems reasonable~. Pretty similar for me -- 28yo, 3.9k, SB, FCH Local Uni + Master's Degree, NS.

I think it is reasonable as well. For mine it was 27yo, 4.2k, MOE, FCH Local Uni, NS.

There's pay increment for the technology and economist schemes recently. You might need to wait till 2021 to see the pay cut.
