Yes. It depends on how much of the 2019 calendar year you have worked. I'm guessing you're posted in June? So probably you will get a pro-ration of 50%. i.e. if you get default C (between 1.25 to 2 months), then your total bonus will be 50% of that value

It is default cos of promotion. Maternity leave shouldn't affect unless you took your own NPL after. 1.5 - 2 is what majority of the teachers will get

Hi all,
I wonder if two years of B grade will result in promotion? Or it does not work this way?

The last time I got promoted I got C+ - 2.5 (in school A)
When I had my first round of maternity leave 3 years ago, my grade for that year was also a C+ (2.75) (in HQ)
I served in school B in 2019. So I wonder how come there's so much difference in quantum

It's not automatic. Depends on other factors like vacancy and quota

I see. 2019 still doing PGDE. Just ended practicum. So newly posted BTS fresh from NIE won’t be getting any then.

No.. Who told you that? I finished practicum last Mar and became a full-fledged geo2 in Apr. Didn't get any pb..
