To those envying civil service, even if it is a director in a ministry, also have ceiling, won’t pass 20K per month. In private sector, look at what the top bankers in foreign banks are earning, easily 30 to 50K per month.

Yup. ESG doesn't have such bonuses. Also can i ask why did you consider ESG?

Correct. There are only a handful of statutory boards that pay mid-year and year-end bonuses. ESG is not one of them. Pls aim for others instead.

Are you working at the same ministry throughout? Or you have been transferring between ministries? I presume you have joined as a fresh grad?
Depending on ministries, some are harder to go up as compared to others
