Civil Service Performance Bonus

I started working in a SB in late July 2018, meaning i won't get any performance bonus (not even pro-rated) this coming April?

My understanding is you will get on for work done Jul to Dec 18

Anyone experienced the same? For those who haven't received news, please do not have high expectations cos my SB is revenue generating and partial compliance. My grade is pegged to MX12 and salary ceiling is 6660 instead of 5880.

From what I understand, even if you both get same grading your rank also plays a part. I only got to know last yr that even if both same rank and same grading. The quantum might differ. Within the same grading there is a scale of quantum.

If you're promoted this year, would your boss also inform you when he lets you know your PB?

Not going to specify but it's one of the social ministries.
Well I joined in end Jan 2018 so had abt 9 months of work to put in for appraisal. I also covered 2 persons' workload for 7 months as they only hired a replacement for my ex-colleague in Jul 2018.

Joining ministry on last year Aug, am I entitled PB? Is it pro-rated?
