If working hours 8am to 5.30pm, lunch 1 full hour, after 5.30pm dont have to bring work home and weekend don’t have to work at home, it’s a good deal. Can stay long term.

Joined in May21. Got annual increment on the 1st year anniversary which is May22. Usually how much would be for the 1st Yr increment? it's a executive role though. Don't bash me please. Just enquiring....
