Those that are able to see your PB, are you all from Ministry? In a Stat board, still don't have in our system

fluke1976 19-03-2022 12:23 PM

Hi all,
PB is out, can be downloaded on your app or something. Wife just checked, it seems this year is higher perhaps due to the good economy from last year? All the best to you, and go have a good meal with your loved ones!

It could have been system glitch or bug. Can contact HRP administrator.

With rising inflation and petrol prices, urge the learned civil servants to portray a more responsible and humble image. No need to say how many percent pay increase etc. others are watching. They may not see or appreciate our hard work but some comments here are quite likely to rouse unhappiness

Last working day of the month is when? U mean end mar? 31st march?

If boss never tell u by 31st march means u 0% chance of promotion?

Usually if there's good news, bosses would want to share to retain staff. So if you haven't received any news by next week, it's very unlikely you got promoted.

Envy. Got same grade as last year but less quantum and less PB.

I feel sad with 10k pb as most on this forum are younger than me and are earning more than 10k a month.

Should have joined MNC from the start .

It reflects the actual grade you are having ie C+, C or C-

Promo increment is included, it states "inclusive of promotion increment".

Hi,

Would anyone know if MOE can "pull" a teacher from a school and post him/her to somewhere else "by force"?

Unregistered 19-03-2022 11:41 PM

No wor, it will only appear in April payslip which they will specify how much increment they are giving you base on your grade.

No they will only show B, they won't show B- or B+. The only way you can find out if you get B- or B+ is to find out from same grade colleagues and see what is their quantum.

Unregistered 20-03-2022 01:54 AM

Hi does anyone know what is the range for C performance bonus? Is it lower than 1.45 this year?
