anyone knows how is the technical support officer scheme in SPF for a diploma holder? I am currently drawing a salary of $1.9k with a IT diploma (1 year exp) and thinking of joining CS. From what I read here, the total annual bonus including PB,AWS,mid year.. should be around 3 months? or is it different for a diploma holder?

Does anyone know how much a C grader in MX9 gets for PB?

4 years in service. Starting was 4.4, now is around mid 6k.

Performance wise usually above average. Promoted twice, which I guess is normal.

for real? 1.8k increment is kind of insane within 2 years.

1.8k needs a grade promotion.
Likely mid career. Perhaps previous job was senior AM level. So he started with AM at 5.2k, then promote to manager?

I will be join a SB come December. Am wondering if I am still eligible for the year end and 13 month bonuses even if I worked for a month only? Or it's applicable for new employees who completed minimally 3 month's service?
