Ur supervisor will ask you to do the appraisal thingy. U see the next review date. 1-2 before ur next review date, they will offer u the perm contract. Unless u f up big time. I rarely see people never kena offer perm.

During 1st March, HR will email you to notify you and ask whether you accept the promotion. Afterwards it will be formalized on 1st April.

No. If they hired you on a perm basis, your first year (or 2) contract is just a "probation". This allows them to exit those who really CMI early. Otherwise, you're kinda assumed to make it and be emplaced.

On your first year, you are almost certain to get a C too because there's apparently a policy that "first year must get C grade".

PB will have but most likely prorated. Increment should not have as not yet completed 1 year. If extend contract or emplaced, then got increment…..
